Compact Packaging– Labelling  – Weig & Price Line

Ennegi is able to propose a compact line able to :

• pack raw products (bread, fruits, dry fishes, snacks and many more)
• convey and pace packs,
• apply preprinted labels,
• weigh, select, print & apply label reporting variable data and barcodes.

The system rapresents an integrated solution, compact and affordable able to reach the 20-25 pcs /minute depending on size, weigh of product and dimensions of labels.
It is composed by a packaging machine, the convey system and the weigh&price machine or labeller depending on customer needs.
Labelling can be integrated in the packaging machine allowing label application on flat packaging film.

Packaging Machine

The wrapping machine can operate both in a horizontal position and in an upright position, going through different levels of inclination, using the hand wheel on the operator’s right. This great versatility enables to package several types of products: bread, pasta, rice, scarves, reams, fruit and vegetables, and so on.
Structure of the machine made in painted steel (optional stainless steel frame) and parts in contact with the product made in stainless steel Aisi 304. The machine is easy to move, thanks to its wheels.
The longitudinal sealing of the bag is made by sealing wheels; and the sealing jaws in an upright position realize the transversal sealing for Polyethylene film.
The forming tunnel is adjustable in order to make the change of size easy and quick.
There is no limit to the length of the bags.
The machine can make about 20/25 bags per minute (depending on product properties and on film).
Control board with keypad for bag length control; other functions and emergency button.
The machine can work  in semi-automatic mode (using pedal) and in automatic mode.

Automatic Electronic Weighing and Pricing equipment – 1 (or 2) motorized belt with air or cylinder applicator.

The incoming packs will be weighed and a label reporting weigh, price/kg,(eventually in double currency) as well as total money amount (eventually in double currency), will be applied.
The labels are self-adhesive and in thermal paper.
On the labels it is possible to report all the needed data: product name, company, lot number,  logos, packaging and expiry dates, ingredients and any kind of required indications.
Bar code will be emitted and printed as EAN 13 or 8, reporting weight or price as required by standard code.
Currency calculation is performed with 2 decimals.
The Equipment’s  software is  very easy to program. An intuitive graphical interface allows to fill databases forms to collect all the products’ data.
The machine is very flexible in terms of working modalities adn it allows automatic pacing to synchronize cycles with the packaging systems.
The equipment is designed with a custom frame to best suit the above groups and to offer a tailor made solution.The maximum admitted weigh for static operations is 12 kg and division is 2 gr. Automatic functioning as well as manual and only conveying are allowed.

The machines  made by stainless materials, are based on our 40 years experience and meant for heavy duty use.
They are meant to be maintenance free and to allow high productivity with no stop functioning.
If needed (must be requested apart) the machine fully supports Cyrillic fonts, display and printing.
