Il design dell’etichetta viene realizzato da un facile software WYSIWYG che permette la definizione del layout e l’assegnazione di campi fissi o variabili a seconda dell’applicazione.
Il telaio e la macchina vengono disegnate sulla base delle necessità e delle dimensioni delle confezioni del cliente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il sistema di trasporto.

The system includes:
- an automatic labelling system for the top side. To reach high precision there will be a custom designed label applier to assure high precision positioning.
- an automatic labeller device for high precision bottom labelling,
If requested the machine can be completed by a printing system for the bottom/top or both labeller to complete preprinted labels with variable data such as lot number, expiry date, barcodes, ingredients and more.
The printer, an heavy duty industrial one, previously programmed by PC, using windows driver can print any kind of layout and information/logos by direct thermal or thermal transfer with ribbon at high definition: will be possible then to print on white thermal labels (direct thermal) as well on cosmetic coloured labels.
The equipment is designed with a custom frame to best suit the above groups and completed by a conveying system with dimension compatibles with the customer trays. The conveying system will be custom designed in accordance with the customer trays.
